Modus + Salesforce Integration

SalesforceThe Modus and Salesforce integration connects three different types of Modus activities to a select number of Salesforce records. We take user activities, known as Modus triggers, to enrich Salesforce records.

Modus user activity triggers are:

  1. Followup sent — Sent email related to an intended user of a Modus Digital Sales Room (aka Follow-Up, DSR).
  2. Followup media opened — Viewed media (aka assets) within a Modus DSR by a DSR recipient.
  3. Lead posted via Lead Capture — Lead captured by Modus Lead Capture service.

Note: The Modus trigger does not require the creation and management of a Salesforce "Trigger" with the Salesforce platform.

This integration is designed to enrich Salesforce leads, contacts and tasks that deliver:

  • Seller efficiency through eliminating manual updates.
  • Deal cycle intelligence through capturing buyer engagement activity.
