Master Terms of Service - These terms govern all use of the Modus Sales Enablement platform by our customers. We offer the platform by subscription. Subscription options are selected during the initial registration process and upon renewal.
Data Processing Agreement- This states how we comply with applicable legal requirements for the processing of the personal data of our customers and users when required by applicable law. This addendum applies to all customers and users who use our website and products to process personal data from the European Union.
